Our client owns a popular chain of family restaurants across more than 15 locations in India. With a legacy of more than 60 years, the restaurant wanted to launch 3 new locations and looking to gain good social media following.

Challenge - Grow with digital!

Restaurants today look for opportunities of new growth via social media. Social media allow customers to become fans while promoting the brand through their own social media channels. Their digital presence was lacking and therefore creating an impact on youngsters or a foodie was not very possible. Our client recognized the need for social media optimization and hence connecting with potential customers and to build a stronger relationship with their customers.

It is important to understand the company and its product that require SMO. As a social media marketing company, it is important for us to understand the business landscape of the client. After doing the initial research, we had done extensive research on market factors and their biggest competitors. We crafted the comprehensive strategy of SMO. This was done for three locations in India – Indore, Bahadurgarh, and Ghaziabad.

This restaurant chain’s success story proves that strategic social media optimization is a powerful tool for any brand, even in the competitive world of fine dining. By focusing on the high quality content, creative images, audience engagement and strategic partnership, we were able to connect with food lovers across 3 locations. As there were many competitors who already captured that market, we tried to enter into that space and create a market position of our own.

We targeted to maintain a follower base and ensure that through our creative post we build a connection with potential customers. There is a spike of followers as when they came to us it was a raw page and now they have almost 80% growth in numbers. This improved the brand reputation in the market.
In the span of one month, 2663 accounts were reached. That is growth of almost 667% through our social media optimization. We targeted the users of Facebook, Instagram and other key platforms to create a strong base of followers so that in the long run a good brand awareness can be created for this restaurant.

When this page came to us, it had close to 30 followers but after our social media optimization there has been an increase of 43.6% in one month. The social media pages of the client reached 267 followers and counting. The growth of followers through post reels to enhance user engagement through creative ways has increased through our efforts. We strategically used social media  platforms to gain visibility in the competitive space.

Through the data, it can be observed that the user engagement has increased by a whopping 255% from the last month indicating good results in optimization.
