Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Manage a variety of social media channels, websites, and other digital marketing platforms
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives
Develop and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and freelancers
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members
Create and deliver presentations to senior management to report on marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirement & Qualification:
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with other departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Experience with marketing automation software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing and mentoring a team, providing guidance and support to team members
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
